Radon

What's the concern?

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that comes from rock and soil and can build up to harmful levels indoors, including in homes, schools, child care facilities, and other buildings. Long-term exposure to elevated levels of radon is a leading cause of lung cancer, second only to smoking.
